Yesterday I also swang by "Elte", fine antique and furniture large... very large store. Here are a few images of some of 2011 beginning trends.. Chesterfields are back, and purple is "IN"! No fingerprints please!.. Ochre, Yves Delorme, Ralph Lauren.. Rugs from all over the world! Its all there..

ReplyDeleteI just happened to stumble across your blog and I'm embarrassed this is the first time I've seen it because it's terrific! My name is Andrew Metrick. My great grandfather started Elte in 1919 so that makes my brother and I the fourth generation in the business. I just had to say thank you for featuring our store on your blog. You took some amazing photos and managed to capture many of the looks we offer. I do my best to visit as many local interior design blogs as I can because it's the best way to see a real-time glimpse of which trends people are following. I'll definitely be adding your blog to my list of favorites.
