Neutrals have so much variations, from white, cream, ecru, eggshell, sand, off white, to beige etc... Always remember to add that shot of black to contrast and add texture as much as possible if you abstain from patterns. Personally the best foil for any colour combo is adding lilac or mauve to the mix!. it cuts right through and becomes so unexpected!
